The One Who Fails At Portraits pays homage to Hirasawa Susumu.
My reference was a moving image (and he was talking, it was fucking difficult to make his mouth look even semi-relaxed). Not that I would've done any better anyway. Portraits aren't my forté, and I'm fine with that. Somehow when I think of Hirasawa the first things that come to mind are lotus flowers, cloudy skies and deep crystal-clear ponds. And marshmallows. Haha. The man is a god. HB pencil, scan cleaned with PSP 8. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
